With your membership to this site you get the exclusive non transferable right to view and download all content for personal use only. It is strictly prohibit to share or redistribute the content of this site as well as the informations you get inside at all or in parts in any way at any time.

You know and accept that the content of the site may be invisible marked. This marks can be used to determine the account used for viewing the content. It is strictly prohibit to alter or remove these marks.
You also agree that we will store all informations about the viewings / purchases including but not limited to the used accounts and the applied marks.

With signup you furthermore agree that we have the right to worth the appearence of any content out of this site in public, downloaded using your account, as a violation of this agreement of use unimportant if this was done without you knowlwdge and/or permission.

In case of any violation of this agreement it is on our sole direction to terminate the related membership without further notice and without compensation for the residuary membership period. In case we will prosecute copyright violations to the fullest extension of law.

For each picture you publicate you have to pay 500 Euro penalty.
